Our AC
(air caster) gantry was inspired by the air conditioning
industries needs. With its ten pneumatic swivel casters it is
ideal for moving loads on some rooftops.
Applications include air handlers, compressors, electrical
switchboards etc. Its light weight aluminum construction makes
it simple to break down for easy handling. Other
applications include the aero space and silicon valleys hi tech
industry for moving and assembling extremely delicate
instruments. |

Before using gantry on any rooftops, always check with the buildings architect or
engineer for roof load capabilities. Additional shoring may be
required. Roof must be capable of supporting the load plus
gantry, rigging and personnel. Hospital rRigging Supply,

cannot and will not be responsible for any roof damages.
If an
outside application is intended, the gantry should never be
used on or in mud, sand, loose gravel or any other soft
foundations.
Gantry should only be used on firm packed level ground. |

The above photo shows how the
diagonal braces and receiver tubes are
attached. Upper braces are fastened to
the I beam with the use of beam clamps as
well as our receiver tubes. This
allows you to position your leg widths to
fit your individual needs. On all of
our gantries we use lanyards to attach our
hitch and push pins so misplacing parts do
not become a concern. |

We ship all of these model
gantries in custom cartons to arrive to you undamaged. This packaging protects the swirled
finish if so ordered. Several of our customers purchase along with our
gantries, custom length slings, hoists and trolleys which allows them to
use the gantry as soon as it arrives. Our gantries ship via class 70 freight
a shipping quote can be provided at your request. Overseas shipping is
not an issue we ship to Canada, Europe, South America, Asia, Australia
and Africa. |
