Our model 2P109 has an 10 foot long I-beam and has a lifting capacity of 2,000 pounds. The overall height of this particular model is 9 feet. This picture shows the 2P109 in the highest of its 7 height positions. All of these models adjust from both the top and bottom of the vertical columns. All of our gantries have multiple height adjustments.

Gantry Crane Cart

Our 2P88 in the unique cart assembly. This includes steering handle, cross bars, bungee cords, and clip pins. This feature eliminates the need for several trips from the parking area to your work area. Assembles quick and easy. The cart assembly also makes our gantry easy to store, by keeping all the components together. Notice how extension tubes fit neatly inside the bases. When using the gantry, the steering handle and all of the components fit in the bases, eliminating interference in your working area.

Custom Portable Gantry Cranes

We first designed and manufactured this custom model back in 1997. Our model 66B1T is just one of our many custom manufactured gantries. This customer has equipped their entire service fleet with these models due to the portability of this/these units. They requested the receiver tubes be welded to the I-beam, specific I-beam lengths and heights, as well as the swirled finish. In this case the I beam is 66" long and under beam height of 85". Shown in its lowest position.

We ship all of these model gantries to arrive to you undamaged. This packaging protects the swirled finish if so ordered. Several of our customers purchase along with our gantries, custom length slings, hoists and trolleys which allows them to use the gantry as soon as it arrives. Our gantries ship via class 70 freight. A shipping quote can be provided at your request. Overseas shipping is not an issue we ship to Canada, Europe, South America, Asia, Australia and Africa.
